Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking an Assembler I for 3:00pm–11:00pm shifts at our Oshkosh, Wisconsin facility. You will assemble products to spec, validate materials, and follow work instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work with basic hand tools, and cooperation within a manufacturing team. Overtime on some Saturdays may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Strong reading, writing and math abilities.
• Effective communication within a team.
• Manufacturing or mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using drawings, schematics and assembly equipment.
• Cross train in multiple assembly areas based on business needs.
• Maintain understanding of products and their impact on operations.
• Participate in team meetings to share job-related information.
• Provide basic training on work instructions as needed.
