Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking an Assembler for the 2nd shift in Whitewater, WI. The role focuses on efficient, quality assembly of products per specifications, with emphasis on safety and housekeeping in a fast-paced environment.

Assembler I/II/III will follow work instructions, review materials, and maintain PPE usage. The position supports training of teammates and participates in continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using instructions, drawings, and equipment.

• Cross-train across multiple assembly areas as business needs require.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety programs.
