Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. in Oshkosh, WI seeks an Assembler III to perform high-precision assembly of power equipment, validate materials, and follow work instructions to meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work Monday through Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm with overtime and occasional Saturday shifts. Starting pay is $24.85/hour plus $2.50 shift premium and $1.50 lead premium, totaling $28.85/hour, with full benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of complex assembly or related experience.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Able to communicate effectively in a team.
• Able to understand and follow work instructions.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to drawings and work instructions.
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
• Lead small team meetings and problem solve.
• Document transactions in ERP systems.
• Provide training to others as needed.
