Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Use drawings, schematics and electronic work instructions to assemble while following safety and quality standards.
• Follow quality standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross train in multiple assembly areas and adapt to business needs.
• Develop understanding of products assembled and their impact on the business.
• Continuously learn the job principles and processes as changes require.
• Participate in team meetings and share job related information.
• Resolve problems with guidance from peers or supervisors as needed.
• ERP system familiarity; may train others on work instructions/standard work.
