Job summary

Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking an Assembler for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM) to build products to spec. The role includes validating materials, following work instructions, and maintaining clean, safe work areas with proper PPE.

The Assembler I/II/III positions require attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and the capacity to train others while supporting production schedules and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• HS diploma or equivalent; Assembly II requires 1 year, Assembly III requires 2 years in related work.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per work instructions and drawings, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Resolve problems with assistance from peers or supervisor as needed.
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas and support process improvements.
