Eaton’s CPDI OPS Operations division is seeking an Assembler I - 1st Shift - RPO at the Spring Forest Rd site in Raleigh, NC. The role involves building sub-assemblies and assemblies, following SOPs, and performing visual inspections.

You will use fixtures, gauges, hand and power tools, ensure quality, and participate in process improvements while adhering to 5S+ and safety rules. Minimum HS diploma; relocation not available; no immigration sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment visas for this position.
• Relocation assistance not available; 50-mile radius restriction.
• Active Duty Military candidates are exempt from geographic area limitation.
• Preferred: experience with SOPs, basic soldering, and electrical/product assembly; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and build sub-assemblies and assemblies.
• Perform visual inspections before and after assembly.
• Use fixtures, gauges, hand and power tools to assemble, adjust or repair products.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure Raleigh Plant Quality standards and make necessary adjustments.
• Adhere to environmental, health and safety rules and participate in 5S+ housekeeping.
