Spectrum Control in the United States is seeking hands-on manufacturing personnel to build and test basic products. The role operates on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule with benefits starting on day one and PTO provided.

You will use standard tools and fixtures while following documented instructions to ensure quality and efficiency. Ideal candidates are comfortable with basic electronic measurements and can work from printed specs to meet budgeted production targets.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of meeting established quality guidelines.
