Kelly Services seeks an Assembler I in Findlay Township, PA to join a leading manufacturing company. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule and a $18/hour pay rate. You’ll assemble panels, apply wiring, and support quality standards in a team environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, basic hand/power tool skills, and a willingness to learn. Prior manufacturing/wiring experience is a plus, with attention to detail a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn new products and assembly processes.
• Familiar with basic hand and power tool usage.
• Possess basic mechanical aptitude.
• Preferred: prior manufacturing, assembly, or wiring experience, particularly in panel assembly and wiring.
• Preferred: strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to all safety processes and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assembling components onto panels and into enclosures following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
• Producing and installing wiring onto components while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and work standards.
• Completing minor modifications to metal panels and enclosures, including cutting, drilling, and tapping.
• Maintaining a neat and orderly work area to promote efficiency and safety.
