Job summary

Aerotek in Greensboro, NC, is hiring assemblers for Elon, NC and Burlington, NC sites. The role focuses on assembling, testing, packaging small parts and performing production duties with hand and power tools.

Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse or construction is strongly preferred, with blueprint reading as a plus. The position is contract-to-hire, onsite, with pay of $18–$19 per hour and opportunities for pay raises.

Qualifications

• Current or recent assembly, manufacturing and warehouse, or construction experience is strongly preferred.
• You will perform production duties including packing, cleaning parts, quality inspection and painting.
• You will use hand and power tools and read blueprints (blueprints reading a huge plus).

*CURRENT OR RECENT ASSEMBLY, MANUFACTURING AND WAREHOUSE, OR CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED!*

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for assembling or building, testing, and packaging small parts.
• Will be performing production duties including packing, cleaning parts, quality inspection, painting, etc.
• Other areas will involve production assembly and production machine operating responsibilities where you will work with your hands and use tools.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, power drills, torque tools, and impact tools.
• Blueprint reading experience is a huge plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
