Aerotek is hiring an Assembler for a contract-to-hire position in Watertown, Wisconsin. The role involves assembling units per blueprints, using various tools, and ensuring precise fits and proper operation.

The position operates 6 AM–2 PM on first shift with occasional overtime, onsite at Watertown, WI, and offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match, plus paid holidays and potential internal mobility.

Qualifications

• General labor experience including heavy lifting and assembly work.
• Proficiency with hand power tools.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing, construction, farming, or automotive experience.

• Experience in conducting quality checks using calipers and micrometers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Watertown, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $20.96/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
