Module Assembler (Temp-to-Hire)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Module Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity building and testing specialized electronic control systems and wiring harnesses.

In this role, you will assemble electro-mechanical subassemblies using hand tools, route and secure complex wiring, and run functional diagnostics to verify module operation prior to final mounting. If you have solid mechanical aptitudes, schematic reading skills, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical subassemblies using hand tools and power tools following precise specifications.
• Route, dress, and secure wiring harnesses into electronic control systems.
• Perform basic functional diagnostics and test procedures to ensure correct module operation prior to final assembly.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, precision, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings.

Qualtiations & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience: Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly, wiring harness building, or electronics manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: Ability to accurately read and follow technical schematics and work instructions.
• Math & Measurement: strong basic math and standard/metric measurement skills.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour
