Job summary

ABB is seeking a Production Associate to assemble electric motors onsite in Fort Smith, AR. The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to use Shop Floor Display systems, following diagrams and instructions to ensure quality and production standards.

You will collaborate with operators and supervisors to address defects, order supplies, and support team goals while prioritizing safety, housekeeping, and overtime as needed. HS Diploma and U.S.

• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
