Job summary

  • Communicate with team members, order supplies/tools, and support overtime as needed.

The work model for the role is: Onsite, Fort Smith, AR

Your role and responsibilities:
  • Perform painting tasks and operate related equipment including motors, spray guns, and lifting devices, while handling various materials like sealants and paints.
  • Follow detailed work instructions such as Shop Floor Display, TDRs, and diagrams to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain productivity and safety by monitoring machines, disposing of waste properly, keeping the workspace clean, and prioritizing workplace safety.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members, order necessary supplies/tools, and support other departmental functions as needed, including working overtime.
Qualifications for the role:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
