Job summary

ABB is seeking a Production role at our Fort Smith, AR facility. You will connect, clamp, and braze wires on motors, following detailed instructions to meet quality and production goals. Reading diagrams and shop floor documentation is essential to perform tasks accurately.

You will work with a team, cross-train on related tasks, and support other functions while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. Overtime may be required to support production schedules.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.

• Safety & Housekeeping: Prioritize safety, report issues, maintain daily housekeeping, and be willing to work overtime and perform other duties as needed.
