Job summary

Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. in Rincon, GA is seeking an experienced Assembler 3 to join our team. This role performs advanced technical assembly of hydraulic hoses, axles, brake and AC systems on construction equipment, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The position requires independent decision-making, troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to mentor other assemblers. It is a safety-sensitive role with on-site work from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM ET.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic hoses, axles, brake and AC systems on construction equipment.
• Install heavy parts and cabins, following safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, mentoring other assemblers.
• Operate tools and lifting equipment; work in heights up to 30 feet.

Position Summary

Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. seeks an experiencedAssembler 3to join our growing team. This position performs advanced technical assembly work, including tall and service hydraulic hoses, axles, brake systems, and AC systems, and installs heavy parts and cabins on construction equipment. This work requires expert troubleshooting, independent decision-making, and an understanding of cause-and-effect relationships between components.The Assembler 3 is considered a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• Uses hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment to install and service hydraulic hoses, axles, brake systems, AC systems, heavy parts, and cabins on construction equipment.
• Performs all Assembler 1 and 2 (basic and intermediate) duties independently and accurately.
• Demonstrates advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Anticipates consequences of adjustments and sequences tasks effectively.
• Works with Liu Gong and Hyundai/Develon equipment.
• Serves as a technical resource and informal mentor to other-level Assemblers.

• Strong attention to detail; ability to work with accuracy and with little to no supervision.
• Exercises sound judgment in complex situations.
• Fosters collaboration and problem-solving across teams.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and/or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform regular physical tasks using proper techniques.
• Comfortable working in small or confined spaces and tight loading areas while maintaining situational awareness.
• Ability to climb up, under, around, and over large equipment and work safely at heights of up to 30 feet in accordance with safety procedures.
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round and in non-climate-controlled warehouses.
• A current, valid driver's license, with an insurable driving record, is required.
• Recent forklift experience required.
