Aertssen is seeking an experiencedMachine Inspection Team Leadto join our growing team. The Machine Inspection Team Lead is responsible for leading a team to conduct detailed inspections, assessments, and evaluations of heavy construction machinery to ensure safety, quality, performance, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness. This role identifies mechanical issues, documents equipment conditions, adds customer-required decals, tracks units, and reports back to customers where needed. The Machine Inspection Team Lead is accountable for achieving targets and delivering quality work as a key competitive advantage to Aertssen Logistics. This Team Lead position will have Assistant Team Leads as direct reports and will be expected to lead teams across multiple warehouses. The Machine Inspection Team Lead is considered a safety-sensitive position.*
