Job summary

Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. in Rincon, GA is seeking an experienced Assembler 3 to join our growing team. This role performs advanced assembly work on construction equipment, including hydraulic hoses, axles, brake systems, and cabins, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will troubleshoot, make independent decisions, mentor junior Assemblers, and comply with our environmental and health policies. This is a full-time, onsite position with standard hours and a competitive pay rate of $26.00

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Includes mentoring others and independent decision-making.
• Requires safe lifting and endurance for outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install hydraulic hoses, axles, brakes, AC systems, and heavy parts.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues with equipment.
• Mentor other Assemblers and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Operate tools and equipment in a heavy machinery environment.
