Job summary

Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. in Rincon, GA is seeking an experienced Assembler 3 to join our growing team. This role performs advanced assembly work on construction equipment, including hydraulic hoses, axles, brake systems, and cabins, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will troubleshoot, make independent decisions, mentor junior Assemblers, and comply with our environmental and health policies. This is a full-time, onsite position with standard hours and a competitive pay rate of $26.00

Responsibilities

• Mentor other Assemblers and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Operate tools and equipment in a heavy machinery environment.

Position Summary

Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. seeks an experienced Assembler 3 to join our growing team. This position performs advanced technical assembly work, including tall and service hydraulic hoses, axles, brake systems, and AC systems, and installs heavy parts and cabins on construction equipment. This work requires expert troubleshooting, independent decision-making, and an understanding of cause-and-effect relationships between components. The Assembler 3 is considered a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• Uses hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment to install and service hydraulic hoses, axles, brake systems, AC systems, heavy parts, and cabins on construction equipment.
• Performs all Assembler 1 and 2 (basic and intermediate) duties independently and accurately.
• Demonstrates advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Anticipates consequences of adjustments and sequences tasks effectively.
• Works with Liu Gong and Hyundai/Develon equipment.
• Serves as a technical resource and informal mentor to other-level Assemblers.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems required.
• Capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Understands interdependencies between components and systems.
• Demonstrates leadership, mentoring, and independent decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to work with accuracy and with little to no supervision.
• Exercises sound judgment in complex situations.
• Fosters collaboration and problem-solving across teams.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and/or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform regular physical tasks using proper techniques.
• Comfortable working in small or confined spaces and tight loading areas while maintaining situational awareness.
• Ability to climb up, under, around, and over large equipment and work safely at heights of up to 30 feet in accordance with safety procedures.
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round and in non-climate-controlled warehouses.
• A current, valid driver's license, with an insurable driving record, is required.
• Recent forklift experience required.
