Applying gaskets and inspecting. May require tucking and filter repair, packaging and stacking of product.

First Shift Hours

Monday to Friday, 3:20pm - 1:40am (10 hours). If there is a scheduled or voluntary Saturday, the shift will be 10:00am - 3:00pm.

Lancaster's Parker Hannifin Filtration – Wages & Benefits
  • Pay rate $17.75/hour($50,765 - $54,226 annually)
  • Shift Differential $1.00/hour
  • Paid Holidays (13 days each year), Vacation (10 days per year) and Sick Time (40 hours)
  • You will be eligible for Parker Hannifin’s Annual Cash Incentive Plan (ACIP) beginning on your first day of employment, with a target opportunity of 5% of annual eligible earnings and potential payouts from 50% to 200% of target based on Adjusted DNE, sales revenue, and cash flow performance for the Hydraulic and Aerospace Filtration Division.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble various types of filters and component parts to production specifications.
  • May perform assigned production processes as required, including spinning; applying adhesive and/or plastisol to products or components; cutting media, wrap, or other materials; complete spot welding, debossing, and seaming on filters or components; minor filter repair; and packing and inspecting finished products.
  • Use basic computer functions for daily orders and inventory adjustments.
  • Complete daily, weekly, or monthly inventories, as needed.
  • Complete first‑piece and in‑process inspections; secure supervisor and/or quality assistance to correct defects or deficiencies as they occur.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
  • Actively participates in department problem solving, lean events and high-performance teams.
  • Participate in 5S and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work overtime hours as required by business need.
  • Must work in a safe manner observing all company procedures regarding environmental, health, and safety.
Education And Experience
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Have the skill to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications and accurately use measuring instruments.
  • Have knowledge of basic math (Perform arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals (add, subtract, multiply, divide)) to measure, record, and report production and quality data.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members to resolve issues, prioritize tasks, and work towards continuous production.
