Job summary

Parker Hannifin's Hydraulic & Aerospace Filtration Division is seeking a manufacturing assembler to maintain a steady workflow by assembling components, performing quality checks, and operating light-duty machinery. The role supports the corporate win strategy and emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience preferred, and comfort with calipers and gauges. Weekend/overtime availability may be required.

  • Follow instructions based on diagrams, charts, and specifications.
  • Assemble large and small components together in a fast past environment, such as, but not limited to side seams, end caps, o-rings, epoxy, and holding clips.
  • Performs quality checks periodically by using calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices.
  • Fill out proper documentation after the order has been completed.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow by practicing multiple tasks such as assembling multiple components, packing product, quality assurance, and operating light duty machinery. Will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy.


Responsibilities


  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • Follow instructions based on diagrams, charts, and specifications.

  • Assemble large and small components together in a fast past environment, such as, but not limited to side seams, end caps, o-rings, epoxy, and holding clips.

  • Performs quality checks periodically by using calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices.

  • Fill out proper documentation after the order has been completed.


Qualifications


  • Work in a safe manner observing all company procedures regarding environmental, health, and safety.

  • Maintain professional, respectful, open communication with others.


Education And Experience


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

  • Manufacturing or related experience preferred.


Knowledge, Skills And Abilities


  • Knowledge of basic mathematical arithmetic and diagram reading.

  • Skill using calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices.

  • Ability to work overtime during the week and on weekends as scheduled.


Physical Requirements


  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.

  • Clean and Climate Controlled Facility

Competitive Compensation

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule


  • Hourly pay range for this role is $17.25 - $21.94

  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program.


Work Schedule – 1st Shift


  • 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (8-hour shift)

  • 6:30 am – 4:00 pm (9-hour shift)

  • 6:30 am – 5:00 pm (10-hour shift)
