Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. in Mequon, WI seeks an Assembler to fabricate and assemble custom orthotic devices. You will follow prescriptions and work orders to produce high-quality orthotics.

You will operate grinders, presses, ovens, and sanding tools, trim and finish components, select plastics and foams, and perform quality checks for fit and durability.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with hand tools and small machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a lab or production environment.
