Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a manufacturing assembler in Milpitas, CA to perform a range of tasks from fabrication to packaging of medical devices. You will operate and maintain production equipment, follow SOPs, and participate in quality inspections to ensure device conformity.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of manufacturing assembly experience, with strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a team and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, interpret and comprehend English specifications.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Able to use basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, test and package medical devices following SOPs and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) to two (2) year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Has good attention to detail
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
