SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking an Assembler to fabricate and assemble custom orthotic devices in our Mequon, Wisconsin facility. The role focuses on precision and quality, using specialized materials, tools, and equipment to meet patient prescriptions.

This part-time position entails a six-hour daily schedule with an early start as early as 5:00 am. You will collaborate with lab technicians to ensure accurate production, maintain records, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

• Trim, shape, and finish orthotic components to precise specifications
• Select and handle materials including plastics, foams, and adhesives
• Perform quality checks to ensure fit, function, and durability standards are met
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with lab technicians and supervisors to meet production deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
