Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Colorado is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for the 1st Shift to build switchgear and related products on a fast-paced production line. The role entails reading drawings, assembling components, and ensuring quality meets customer specifications, under the supervision of the Production Lead.

Shift hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities and strong pay progression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
• Must reside within 50 miles of location; no relocation offered.
• No immigration sponsorship accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specs.
• Perform in-process inspections and report issues to Quality Engineer.
• Cross-check with traveler to verify customer requirements.
• Assist in resolving production issues and failures.
• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly with hand/power tools.
• Read and follow written work instructions and suggest improvements.
• Maintain production tools/equipment and clean parts safely.
