Eaton's ES AMER ESS division in Wisconsin is hiring an Assembler for 1st shift (Transformers). The role focuses on production of 3-phase transformers in a continuous flow line, adhering to shop specs and quality standards to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience or education in assembly, manufacturing, or the military.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and process sheets.
• Willingness to perform various duties to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop specifications and measuring equipment.
• Assemble sub-assemblies per OPS and quality standards using calibrated tooling.
• Build final assemblies and coordinate with engineering, quality, and shipping for on-time completion.
• Move units using overhead cranes and power equipment; assist team as needed.
