Job summary

Westaff seeks hands-on Electrical Assemblers in West Boylston, MA for an immediate start. Location is West Boylston, MA with a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Pay rate is $20-$24 per hour DOE.

The role focuses on assembling electro-mechanical parts, following drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Ideal candidates have assembly/manufacturing experience, can read basic schematics, and are comfortable using hand tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing.
• Ability to read basic drawings and diagrams.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using hand tools and standing for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Put together electro-mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Follow drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Do basic wiring, crimping, soldering, and mechanical work.
• Check your work for quality and accuracy.
• Keep your area clean and organized.
