Job summary

CoWorx in Andover, MA is seeking 1st shift electro‑mechanical assemblers for an entry‑level role building electronic, electro‑mechanical, and mechanical assemblies.

This on‑the‑job training position offers a weekday schedule with no weekends and opportunities to grow within a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year in assembly/manufacturing or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read written instructions and blueprints.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Physical: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• ITAR eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components
• Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly procedures
• Make adjustments to meet product specifications and quality standards

CoWorx is seeking 1st Shift Electro Mechanical Assemblers in the Andover, MA area! Looking to start a career in manufacturing? Join a growing team where you’ll receive hands-on experience building electronic, electro‑mechanical, and mechanical assemblies. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to learn valuable technical skills.

1st shift: 7-3:30 PM, M-F

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components
• Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly procedures
• Make adjustments to meet product specifications and quality standards
• Assist with product testing and inspections as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Desired Background/Skills

• 0-1 year of assembly, manufacturing, or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work from written instructions and blueprints
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
