Advantage Technical in Holliston, MA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a temporary manufacturing assignment that emphasizes detailed electronic and mechanical assembly, testing, and quality checks in a hands-on production environment.

Ideal candidates will read and follow assembly instructions and technical documentation, work with PCB assemblies, cables, motors, and displays, and support installation, maintenance, and repair while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronic assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, equipment installation, maintenance, repair, or related manufacturing work.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components, including cables, PCB assemblies, mechanical assemblies, DC motors, and LCD/LED displays.
• Perform product testing, inspection, and quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot assembly and testing issues as needed.
• Support the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of electronic equipment and systems.
• Follow manufacturing procedures, safety standards, and work instructions.
