Duties of the Assemblers:

• Manually inspect completed plastics parts and pack them into boxes for shipping.
• Perform assembly of components.
• May operate machines

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect plastic parts (contamination, discoloration, shorts, sink, splay, delamination)
• Sort and/or rework product that does not conform to customer requirements
• Clean parts as needed
• Transfer parts from catch bins and separate product
• Count and place in shipping containers
• Maintain clean work area
• Take direction from lead inspector
• Good manual dexterity for small product handling.
• Strong detail skills .
• Good with numbers for counting and basic measurements.
• Flexible and ability to work in many areas of assembly operation
• Must be able to see color and good color perception.
• Basic hand tool clipper or trimmer.Lift up to 35 lbs
• Work well with others.
• Small team environment
• Previous work experience performing similar work in which inspection and or basic parts assembly
• Education High School or GED
