Job summary

Westaff is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in West Boylston, MA, for an immediate start. You will assemble electro-mechanical parts following drawings and work instructions on a fast-moving production floor.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with a pay rate of $19–$24/hour DOE. Ideal candidates are hands-on, comfortable with hand tools, and able to lift up to 40 lbs while maintaining quality and organization on the line.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing.
• Ability to read basic drawings and diagrams.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using hand tools and standing on your feet.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Put together electro-mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Follow drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Do basic wiring, crimping, soldering, and mechanical work.
• Check your work for quality and accuracy.
• Keep your area clean and organized.
