Spherion Staffing, LLC in Arden, NC is seeking Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble large electrical breaker boxes according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality. No degree is required and 0–1 years of experience are acceptable.

The role requires reading diagrams, using basic hand tools, and standing 10 hours with lifting up to 40 pounds. Schedule is Friday–Sunday, 7:00am–7:30pm, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Spherion is seeking Assemblers in Arden, NC. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for assembling large electrical boxes according to specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in reading blueprints, and experience using basic hand tools. Work Schedule

Friday-Sunday, 7:00am-7:30pm. Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Responsibilities
