Job summary

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in Southington, CT to fill assembler positions. This role offers opportunities to grow skills on the production floor and join a team with a winning culture through Adecco on assignment with our customer.

As an assembler, you will read work instructions, assemble parts, inspect for quality, and follow safety procedures to maintain a clean, efficient work area. Pay ranges from $19.50 to $21.50 per hour with benefits and Aspire Academy upskilling

• Read, understand and follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Good hand-eye coordination for repetitive assembly tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new processes.
• Effective communication and teamwork on production lines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subcomponents on production lines according to procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect products and report any quality issues or non-conformities.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and keep work area clean and organized.
• Work efficiently to meet production rates and collaborate with supervisors and teammates.

• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM | $21.50/hour

• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM | $19.50/hour

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM | $19.00/hour

Responsibilities:

. Assemble parts and subcomponents on production lines according to established procedures and quality standards.

. Inspect products and identify, communicate, and report any quality issues or non-conformities.

. Follow safety policies, wear required PPE and maintain a clean and organized work area.

. Work efficiently to meet production rates while collaborating effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements:

. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and procedures.

. Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.

. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to accept feedback and learn new processes.

. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay Details:

$19.50 to $21.50 per hour
