Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring for an Assembler in Plano, TX, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule and a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. This role involves assembling products, inspecting finished work, and helping keep factory operations safe, accurate, and efficient.

High school diploma or GED is preferred; prior assembly or production experience is beneficial. Candidates must be able to use basic hand and power tools and communicate in English or Spanish.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.


• Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.


• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.


• Required to speak either English or Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.


• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.


• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.


• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.


• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.


• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
