Aerotek is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for Maple Grove, MN. This hands-on role involves building large chiller units for data centers and custom equipment, using hand and power tools.

• Work with team members to achieve production goals.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Cross-train into additional assembly areas and build more complex custom units.

Maple Grove & Dayton, MN

1st Shift: $22.17/hr | 2nd Shift: $24.17/hr

Join a growing manufacturing team building large chiller units used in data centers and custom industrial equipment. This is a hands‑on role for candidates who enjoy working with tools, building products from start to finish, and being part of a supportive team environment.

Available Shifts

1st Shift

• Monday-Thursday: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

• Friday: 5:30 AM - 10:00 AM

• $22.17/hr

2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday: 2:00 PM - 1:30 AM

• $24.17/hr

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
