The Mechanical Assembler will build heat exchangers, subassemblies, and related units in an open shop environment using drawings, bills of materials, work instructions, and engineering specifications. This role focuses on stacking and assembling products and metal sheets prior to brazing, ensuring all assemblies meet quality standards, tolerances, and specifications. When production slows or materials are delayed, the Mechanical Assembler will support general labor activities throughout the facility, contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

This is a full‑time, first‑shift role with working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The position is based in an open warehouse environment that includes both indoor and outdoor work areas. The facility does not have air conditioning, but multiple industrial‑sized fans are installed at every station to improve comfort, and water and electrolytes are provided to support hydration. Approximately 20 people work in production, creating a collaborative yet hands‑on atmosphere. The dress code is very casual, with steel‑toed boots required for safety.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dover, NH.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
