Job summary

MTH Pumps in Plano, IL is hiring a full-time Assembly worker to join a small, team-focused manufacturing group building pumps and attaching to motors.

You will test pumps before shipment, learn hands-on skills, and enjoy a consistent schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with evenings free.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with a $1 raise after 90 days, plus tuition reimbursement and medical/dental insurance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of basic mechanical and small tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Dependable and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pumps and attach to electric motors.

This position offers a competitive wage of $16.00/hour, plus a $1 increase after 90 days, tuition reimbursement, and we offer medical and dental insurance. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF An Assembler

No two days are the same in our Assembly department! Responsibilities range from building (assembling) pumps and attaching to electric motors to testing pumps to ensure performance of the pump prior to shipping. If you enjoy working with your hands and seeing the completed item work properly, this is the position for you.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of basic mechanical and small tool experience.
• Dependable and willing to learn.
