Job summary

Delaware Elevator, Inc. is seeking a reliable Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. The role involves following detailed assembly instructions, building sub-assemblies, and securing components with various hardware.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, reading shop sheets, and maintaining inventory records. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with opportunities for skill growth and career development.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and follow shop sheets and assembly instructions.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience or ability to manage and maintain inventory levels.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
  • Experience using power tools and hand tools safely.
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Assembling products using detailed instructions while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Prepping parts, building sub-assemblies, and assembling pump/motor systems.
  • Fastening pumps, motors, valves, and components using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, and other hardware.
  • Accurately recording lot codes of components used in assemblies.
  • Tracking inventory and documenting completed assemblies.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Supporting additional tasks as assigned.
