Job summary

Pentair is seeking an Assembly Operator to join the Delavan, WI team. You will perform required operations to assemble, test and package all sizes and types of utility, sump, sewage and effluent pumps.

Shifts: 1st shift 5:30am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday with mandatory overtime. The role offers hourly pay of $18.50 per hour with potential increases after proficiency and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent manufacturing experience.
• Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs.
• Steel-toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations including oil fill, electrical connections and decal application to produce a variety of utility type pumps.
• Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
• Perform final packaging operations.
• Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.

You Will

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

• Mandatory OT required (after shift or on weekend)

Compensation

The hourly pay for this role is: $18.50/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
