• Install wiring on components according to set guidelines to achieve perfect, error-free production.
• Perform minor adjustments to metal enclosures and panels, such as drilling, tapping, and cutting.
• Keep your designated workspace organized and tidy.

Requirements:

• Completion of high school or a GED.
• A proactive attitude toward learning new product lines.
• Proficiency in operating standard power and hand tools.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

Preferred Attributes:

• Background in wiring, manufacturing, or assembly environments.

Pay and Benefits Information:

Base pay for this role is $18.30 per hour. Non-exempt staff receive overtime pay at 1.5 times the hourly rate for any time worked over 40 hours weekly, or as mandated by local or state regulations. Final compensation is based on your specific experience, education, and skill set.
