Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Assembler, focusing on integrating various parts into sophisticated final components. Your primary objective will be to verify that every piece is correctly aligned and meets the necessary standards for the finished product, utilizing both manual techniques and machinery to achieve high levels of accuracy.

Strong manual dexterity is essential for this role. You must also demonstrate the ability to interpret and execute precise instructions found in technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.

Schedule and Compensation

The shift runs from 3:30pm until midnight, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, based on your relevant experience. We encourage entry-level applicants with a solid professional background to apply.

Core Duties

• Arrive punctually and prepared to begin your tasks with the necessary tools at the start of your shift.
• Adhere to established assembly protocols and training to help ensure the production of high-quality goods.
• Operate equipment, jigs, and tools safely while performing required function checks to maintain a productive workflow.
• Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment and ESD gear in accordance with safety documentation.
• Provide support to various departments and team members as directed by your supervisor to improve overall efficiency.
• Gather all necessary materials and equipment required for the assembly and packaging process.
• Verify that all connections and components are accurate according to project specifications.
• Help maintain a tidy and organized workspace to support a safe environment.
• Utilize blueprints, wiring lists, and schematics to effectively assemble or modify units.
• Execute fundamental electrical testing procedures.
• Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as requested.
