Job summary

Balance Staffing is now hiring Electronic Assemblers in Huntsville, AL for a growing electronics manufacturer. This full-time role includes overtime as needed and a shift from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Experience helpful but not required; we’ll train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic circuit boards and sub-assemblies.
• Perform wiring, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation.
• Follow detailed, color-coded work instructions and diagrams.
• Inspect products using quality standards and ensure accuracy.
• Work in sitting or standing positions with light to medium components.
• Lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
