Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Assembler in Houston, TX to join the production team. You will read and follow electrical and assembly instructions, solder and wire components, and build actuators in a structured evening shift environment.

You will work under the Production Supervisor and Team Lead, ensuring quality and safety while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Soldering and wiring experience.
• Knowledge of assembling Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
• Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components of actuators using soldering or other approved methods.
• Connect component wires to circuits and connect wires between individual component leads.
• Comprehend circuit diagrams and assembly drawings while following engineering specifications and work instructions.

Our client, manufacturing is seeking a Electrical Assembler to join their team. As a Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to read and follow electrical and assembly instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $

Shift: Evenings (15:00-15:40)

What's the Job?

What's Needed?

• Soldering and wiring experience.
• Knowledge of assembling Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
• Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and assembly drawings.
• Comfort working from work instructions, general dimensional drawings, electrical components documentation, wiring diagrams, and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work under supervision of the Production Supervisor and direction from the Team Lead.
