Job Overview

We are currently hiring Assemblers for a temporary manufacturing project. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in a production environment. Assemblers will perform basic electro-mechanical assembly work using provided instructions and training. Tasks include working with small components and multicolored wiring, following process sheets, packaging finished products, and completing other production duties as assigned. Previous assembly experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembly of electro-mechanical components
• Strip, twist, tin, plug, and hand-crimp wires
• Package completed products
• Follow process sheets and work instructions
• Rotate between different assembly areas as needed
• Use a computer to clock into assigned jobs/operations
• Communicate with supervisors and leads regarding job status or quality concerns
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to understand and communicate basic work and safety information
• Ability to accurately distinguish between colors due to working with multicolored wiring
• Basic math skills
• Ability to accurately read a ruler
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Comfortable performing repetitive work

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and assembly work
• Regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs
• Occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, kneel, and crouch as required

This is a temporary position expected to run through approximately mid-to-late January 2027. Candidates should be comfortable committing to the temporary assignment and their selected shift.
