Potential for permanent placement
Hands-on work using your wiring, soldering, and assembly experience
Read schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and bills of materials.
Assemble, align, and secure electrical and mechanical components.
Install and connect wiring, work with circuit boards, and perform soldering according to specifications.
Safely use hand tools, power tools, production equipment, and precision measuring tools such as calipers.
Drill, tap, ream, countersink, and bolt components as required.
Inspect parts and completed assemblies for defects, proper fit, functionality, and compliance with engineering and quality standards.
Make adjustments to ensure assemblies meet required specifications and tolerances.
Clean and prepare parts using approved procedures and maintain an organized work area.
Previous hands-on electro‑mechanical assembly experience
Strong electrical wiring experience
Experience working with circuit boards and soldering
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and workplace safety
Ability to learn procedures, follow detailed instructions, and work effectively with a team
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to complete and pass a required aptitude assessment
Industrial or manufacturing wiring
Advanced assembly work involving complex electrical and mechanical schematics
Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
