Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial in Houston, TX is seeking an entry-level Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble fabricated parts at floor stations, test and calibrate components, and ensure units meet specifications using hand and power tools.

This position emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and consistent quality. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and up to 2 years of related experience; formal training is a plus and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Apprenticeship and/or formal training in a related specialty area may be required.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines with close supervision.
• Formal training or apprenticeship in a related specialty preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fabricated parts and components at assigned workstations.

About the Role

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling fabricated parts at floor stations, testing and calibrating components, and ensuring all units meet strict product specifications. You’ll work with hand and power tools, follow detailed instructions, and play a key role in delivering reliable, high-performance products.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
