PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is hiring detail-driven Assemblers to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Redmond, WA. You will assemble, inspect, and set up production equipment, following engineering drawings and travelers, with a focus on safety and quality.

This role requires working in a cleanroom, using a microscope, and maintaining documentation. The position offers a 4x10 shift schedule (Mon–Thu, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM) and a competitive pay of $27.32/hour plus a $3,000 bonus potential; ITAR/EAR

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• Computer literacy and basic software familiarity.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience (within past 5 years).
• Comfort in a cleanroom environment with full PPE.
• Capability to use a microscope for long periods.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to hire detail-driven Assemblers who are ready to play a hands-on role in producing high-quality aerospace components. In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards
• Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment
• Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts
• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers
• Record, analyze, and report production and quality data
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
• Comply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocols
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and production
• Support the Operating System and site operational goals

What You Must Have

• English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Computer literacy
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)
• Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static bracelet
• Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time
• Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity

Compensation & Bonus

• Pay Rate: $27.32/hour
• Subco Bonus Program – Earn up to $3,000!
  • $1,000 at 30 days
  • $1,000 at 60 days
  • $1,000 at 90 days
  • Total potential bonus: $3,000

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4x10, 3:00PM to 1:30AM.

Pay Details: $27.32 per hour
