Job summary

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking detail-driven Aerospace Assemblers in Redmond, WA to build critical flight components.

You will assemble, inspect, and set up production equipment, following engineering drawings and travelers while maintaining cleanroom standards. This role offers a 4x10 schedule, on-site facilities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.

Qualifications

• English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Computer literacy and basic manufacturing literacy.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (2–3+ years preferred).
• Ability to work in a cleanroom with full PPE.
• Comfort using a microscope for extended periods.
• Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to hire detail-driven Assemblers who are ready to play a hands-on role in producing high-quality aerospace components. In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards
• Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment
• Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts
• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers
• Record, analyze, and report production and quality data
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
• Comply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocols
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and production
• Support the Operating System and site operational goals

What You Must Have

• English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Computer literacy
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)
• Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static bracelet
• Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time
• Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity

Compensation & Bonus:

• Pay Rate: $25.32/hour
• Subco Bonus Program – Earn up to $3,000!
  • $1,000 at 30 days
  • $1,000 at 60 days
  • $1,000 at 90 days
  • Total potential bonus: $3,000

Shift:

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4x10, 5:00AM to 4:00PM.

Pay Details: $25.32 per hour
