Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembler for a leading laboratory equipment manufacturer in Fort Scott, KS. You will perform non-repetitive assembly of equipment per blueprints, read drawings, troubleshoot with some assistance, and ensure products meet quality specs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in industrial assembly, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with hand tools and wiring.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial assembly experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of product assembly, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and familiarity with hand tools and wiring.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-repetitive assembly of laboratory equipment according to blueprint specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and work instructions.

Our client, a leading manufacturer of laboratory equipment, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production of high-quality laboratory products. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Fort Scott, KS

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Day Shift, Overtime on Friday
