Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a dependable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will work with fiberglass and steel components, follow engineered drawings and job orders, perform quality inspections, and help produce high‑quality products. Strong mechanical aptitude and a safety focus are essential.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7am–3:30pm. Pay rate: $20 per hour. Temp to hire with benefits including health and 401K; weekly pay provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures.

• Cut, drill, and prepare fiberglass components.
• Assemble products using inserts, bolts, and grips.
• Set up and operate production equipment.
• Perform product testing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with team members to meet production goals.
