Job summary

Manpower is seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler for the 2nd shift in Fort Collins, CO. The role focuses on assembling electrical and mechanical components, reading wiring diagrams, and ensuring quality in a team-oriented, onsite environment.

You will use hand and power tools, perform wiring and testing, and document production activities while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to meet goals. A high school diploma and 1+ year assembly experience are required.

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks.
  • Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting.
  • Complete production and quality documentation.
  • Identify and communicate quality or process concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support production goals.

Manpower is currently seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift for a manufacturing company in Fort Collins, CO.
